HOW EDUCATION SUPPORT WORKS

Activity 1: Verification of pupils/students at schools.

This is the first activity that is carried on at the beginning of every term. All children need to be verified if they have all reported back to school for the following term to avoid paying a child who might have dropped out of school or have changed the school without notifying the organization. This verification is done from school, that therefore requires field officer to move from school to school to check the beneficiaries at school.

Activity 5 School fees payment.

With the organization policy, all the payment of the school fees it is done through cheques, that means the transaction happen between organization account to school account. Field officer provide the account department with the accountability. We are not limited to only school fees, but we also pay feedings and other school requirements. All beneficiaries need to get food from school so that it maintains their academic level. According to organization finding, most of these children dropped out of school due to hunger from school and some time they also go back home and they don’t find what to eat hence their dropped out. This has made feeding program to the beneficiaries very important to sustain a child at school.
